  • “Never Science Alone” Ignite Speech Panel featuring Dora Kastel (American Museum of Natural History), Dr. Daniel Bergman (Wichita State), Dr. Paul Adams (Fort Hays State), Dr. Kenneth Thompson (Emporia State), Traci Kallhoff (Exploration Place), Dr. Jean Dockers (Pittsburg State), Dr. Laurie Cleavinger (Kansas University), and Dr. Jackie Spears (Kansas State University). The speech will include a Q&A Panel Discussion
  • STEAM designer Wendi Laurence of Create-osity (Follow her @createosity on Twitter)
  • Space enthusiast Leesa Hubbard from Sally Ride Science
  • Drs. Matt Miller and Larry Browning returning from South Dakota State University with a whole new bag of tricks (Saturday Night entertainment)
  • First Annual Idea Exchange – “Thinking Outside the KATS Box” where ANY attendee is welcome to bring a small experiment or STEM-based contraption to leave on the table for all of Saturday and everyone can manipulate, explore, or read about the idea (BRING YOUR IDEA!)
