Notes to KAMP Registrants from the President -- April 10, 2018

We begin on Friday, April 20 with registration at the Eyestone building. When you get on site, go to the parking area by the Williams dining hall and walk in to Eyestone to get your information from our registration team. Registration will be open from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and from 8-10 a.m. on Saturday morning- if you will be arriving outside that window, please make arrangements by emailing. The registration desk will help direct you to the locations you need. The Steak Cookout on Friday evening will be in the Collegiate Shelter and will run from 6-7 p.m. for those that have registered for it.

Please bring payment for the conference with you. If you need reimbursement from an organization that is sponsoring you, we will gladly provide you with the invoice to submit to them. The all –volunteer nature of our organization makes post-event bill collection difficult.

If you have registered for lodging, bring your own pillow, bedding and towel. The conference housing does not provide these items.

If you have specific questions, before the conference email kats.org1967@gmail.com.

All of our team are volunteers, so please take the opportunity to thank them for all they do to make the event a success. Join us in a weekend designed to promote and celebrate quality science education in Kansas! KATS camp is right around the corner! There are some great opportunities planned for you there!! Remember, We Never Science Alone!
